A rapidly growing number of boys and girls - our numbers doubled from 2007 to 2008, – are playing a full schedule of games this Spring, including about 32 games at Nevada Union High School's Hooper Stadium - on 15 different dates.

There are 6 teams lined up for the 2008 season:

Boys Varsity - Grades 10-12
Girls Varsity - Grades 9-12
Boys Junior Varsity Gold - Grades 9-10
Boys Junior Varsity Black - Grades 9-10
Boys Junior A - Grades 7-8
Boys Pups - Grades 5-6

The continuous fast action of lacrosse demands the ultimate in teamwork, conditioning, and sportsmanship: all traits that we want to see in our young athletes. A full array of experienced volunteer coaches and dedicated parents help the kids learn these things on the playing field. It's good for the community, and it's a lot of fun too, so join us.

The players provide their own personal gear, and we hope you can help with the heavy expenses (field costs, officials, goals, and other team equipment) necessary to keeping this program going full speed. Your donations will provide advertising, PR, and much goodwill for your business, and you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping to pioneer a wonderful sport in our wonderful area.

Our Yearbook in 2007 consisted of approximately 48 pages of content and advertising in grayscale with a full color front and back cover and grayscale inside covers.

Our Program will be handed out to all fans at all home games; there is a separate version for each Stampede team. They will consist of a cover, Stampede roster & Schedule, and a page for advertising on the back cover.

Gold Country Lacrosse will be placing self supporting banners measuring 3' X 5' at all home games. Banner $600.00 - $50.00 discount if combined with full page advertisement in our yearbook.
